Antypas Ventures

Acquisitions

We buy software products and operate them.

Alongside the platforms we build, Antypas Ventures acquires established software products and businesses outright and takes over running them. We are an operator, not an investor: we buy things we intend to run ourselves, indefinitely.

What we look for

What we buy
B2B software with paying customers, in communications, marketing or an operationally demanding niche. Sole ownership only.
Size
Small and mid-sized products where the technology is sound and the operation has been under-resourced rather than mismanaged.
What happens after
The product keeps its own name and its own customers. We take on development, infrastructure and support directly, as we do with everything we own.
What we are not
Not an investment fund. We do not take minority positions, we do not manage money for anyone else, and we do not resell what we buy.

What you don’t need to send at first

  • A pitch deck or a polished presentation.
  • Audited accounts or a data room at first contact.
  • Customer names, customer data or anyone’s personal information.
  • Source code, credentials or access to your systems.
  • A fixed asking price. A range, or none, is fine.

How a conversation usually runs

  1. Initial enquiry

You write to us with a short outline of the product.

  2. Introductory review

We read it and consider whether the product may be a fit.

  3. Information exchange

If it may fit, we ask for more detail, under a confidentiality agreement where that is appropriate.

  4. Product and business assessment

We look at the product, the technology, the customers and how the business runs.

  5. Terms discussion

If both sides want to continue, we discuss terms.

  6. Due diligence

We confirm what was discussed before anything is signed.

  7. Acquisition and transition

Ownership transfers and we take over running the product, with a handover agreed with you.

This is an outline of how a conversation usually runs, not a formal or guaranteed process. Every product is different, and either side can stop at any point.

What to include in a first message

  • Product or company name
  • Website
  • Your name and role
  • Country
  • Business model (for example, monthly subscriptions)
  • Approximate number of customers
  • Approximate annual revenue range — only if you are happy to share it
  • Asking price or range — only if you have one
  • A short description of the product
  • Why you are considering a sale

If you are selling a software product that fits, write to us with the product, its customers and its numbers. Enquiries are read by Ioannis directly. Share only what you are comfortable sharing; nothing sensitive is needed at this stage. See the privacy notice.
